Education:
1995 - graduated from Saratov Higher Police School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Style directions:
realism, surrealism.
Artist about himself:
In every phenomenon, even ordinary, small and insignificant, I feel the presence of meaning and history. I search for them, measure them by the billions of moulds that our experience forms for us... and then the image appears. It dictates the stylistic direction, which influences the visual solution as much as the idea itself.
And rhythm, it is in everything: in light and shadow, mass and colour, curves and genre accents, it is my driving force.
The work done in the genre of the comic book (graphic novel) has left a deep mark on the stylistic solutions: these are story arches and dynamics in the composition, sharp light shading, non-trivial plans and angles, and bold, attacking perspective.
