
Sergey Frolakov
Born in St. Petersburg in 1964.
Member of the Professional Union of Artists of Russia, member of the Association of Art Historians, member of Stella Art International (France), member of the Free Russian Contemporary Art Foundation (St. Petersburg, Berlin), winner of bronze and silver medals of the Association of French Artists.
He lives and works in St. Petersburg.

I see scenes of a fantasy play in my imagination, then carefully preserve the vision before me and transfer it to canvas or paper as faithfully as possible.
Education:
