King of the Bavarian Forest

On the right, in the foreground, at the forest edge, appeared an outlandish creature of tall stature, with a strangely shaped head and a penetrating look of intelligent eyes. His green outfit of leaves and roots was adorned with a chain at the gate. With a red ribbon, a large frog is attached to its chest like an order. A snag-like hand clutches a staff. Various creatures crawl around: one resembling a coral, another resembling a lizard preparing to hatch from an egg. In the sky hover an unusual fantastical object with powerful searchlights, but its sight does not frighten anyone. In the distance, across the lake, one can see the peaked roofs of cosy little houses, the dome of a cathedral on a background of mountain peaks - a typical Bavarian landscape. The work is made using various shades of green, brown, grey and blue, as well as beige, cream, ashy pink, red, coral and light yellow.
