The artist has depicted an exquisite bouquet. However, it is immediately noticeable that the flowers are inanimate. A skilful decorative composition served as a model. The butterfly in the upper right corner of the picture even as if frozen in amazement.
The bouquet is made in a single beige and terracotta color scheme. There are shades of reddish, pink and green. Nevertheless the general tone, reddish-terracotta, and some fine white strokes leave no doubt that the author painted a lifeless nature.
