Pilgrims

The abstract composition depicts two pilgrims. One of them, dressed in white, is walking. The other, dressed in red and brown, with his head wrapped in a light-coloured scarf, rides a black donkey. A sense of serenity can be felt in their faces and postures, apparently enjoying the journey so far. The painting is done in red, white and brown, with the artist additionally using light grey and black.
