Provocation

The work resembles a poster in which the artist has depicted many women in a variety of defiant poses. Their clothes are practically missing, some of them wearing the black veil of a Catholic nun. The black, small, wire-like figures look like temptresses. A VISA card in the hands of a laughing girl symbolises: everything costs money and everything can be bought. Even the sun is horrified by what you see. The silhouettes of London's Big Ben Tower and various iconic buildings seem to embody the existing social conventions that these women are challenging. The work is done in green and beige tones with the addition of yellow, blue and, for contrast, black.
