A little further away, the city walls rise with their crumbling towers, the steps of a closed door and the still-preserved arches, beckoning you to walk under them and peek around the bend. Pieces of azure sky peeking through the empty openings reinforce the feeling of sadness. The work is done in a subdued colour scheme using various shades of brown, grey, green and blue.
