Wanderers Altar

The centrepiece of the work is a tall rock, rising out of the water, at the foot of which is an altar. A platform in front of the altar allows travellers to linger for prayer. At the top of the cliff, amidst the trees, there is a tower with a steep staircase leading up to it. A narrow bridge crosses over to the other side, through which one can see stone ledges, devoid of any vegetation and hardly inhabited. The artist used various shades of brown, grey and green, as well as blue, cream-pink, red and dark yellow.
