How do I find out if you have the work of the artist I'm looking for?

If you have an artist's name in mind, you can find them on our artist page. If there are no results, leave us your details. We take into account all searches on our website and will contact artists whose work our users are interested in. If an artist joins ARTEO, we'll let you know right away.

What does the heart symbol next to the artworks mean?

This icon allows you to select the artworks you like while you are on the website so you can find them all on one page. Clicking the heart icon will add the artwork to your favourites list. To see all shortlisted artworks click on a heart in the top menu of the website or in your personal cabinet. You will have to create an account to use this function.

How do I know the size of the painting?

The dimensions of the artwork are shown on the artwork page. If you have any more questions about the painting, please contact us - we are here to help and we can send you images to give you a better idea of the size of the work.

How do I buy art from ARTEO?

To buy artwork, you need to click on the 'Add to Cart' button which can be found on all artwork pages. You will then be directed to your shopping cart. When you click on "Continue" we will ask for your details to arrange delivery and then ask you to choose a payment method. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation from our payment system UKasa. You will then receive an email and we will also call you immediately to confirm that your payment has been received.

What happens after the payment has been processed?

After your payment is processed, the job is reserved for you! We will contact you immediately to confirm availability and delivery times (delivery takes 1 to 7 days). Together we will arrange the best day for delivery to the address you specify.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged at the time of checkout when you confirm the purchase. This is when your payment is authorised and processed by our payment gateway.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course. Before the job is dispatched, you can cancel your order via email . Once it has been dispatched at the time of delivery to the address you have specified. If the artwork has been shipped, we will refund the amount you paid for the artwork, excluding shipping costs, within 10 days of the artwork being returned to the artist in its original condition.

Our services

Is framing available for all works?

Absolutely. Sometimes the artist has already chosen a frame, a photo of which we can send you. If the work is not framed, you can tell us when purchasing that you would like the work framed. We will be sure to find the perfect frame for you.

Who is responsible for the cost of the frame?

When the work is already framed, the frame is part of the work and therefore included in the price. When the work is unframed, ARTEO offers framing for an additional fee and you will be charged for it along with the price of the artwork.

Do you give advice and guidance?

Our role is to introduce you to the artist's work. But to do this you need to view many works, and we can help you save time! We can offer you a personalised selection of around twenty works, selected just for you. To get this selection, you can email us or answer our survey using our Picture Selection service, and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.

Do I have to pay for the Painting Selection service?

Not at all - a key part of our mission is to introduce collectors to new works of art.
